The Administrative Assistant must be located in Massachusetts and works with President to provide overall administrative and project support, and acts as a liaison to the Board. Professionalism, the ability to cultivate relationships, and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs and priorities of a growing organization are essential.
Though opportunity is mostly virtual, but must be local to Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly board meetings, including invitations, reminders, and agendas.
- Coordinate quarterly in-person meetings, including space reservation and catering.
- Provide meeting minutes to all board members in a timely fashion.
- Maintain the LLN event and meetings calendar.
- Coordinate physical mail campaigns.
- Track board members and advisory council’s demographic information for grant writing purposes.
- Complete annual state reporting.
- Complete other assigned administrative tasks as needed.
