RESIDENTIAL COORDINATOR – (Live rent free)

As a Live-in Support Professional, you will:

• Work with professional staff to encourage independence and life skills among residents
• Ensure that the home operates in a safe, sanitary and organized way for the enjoyment of all residents.
• Be a consistent presence in the home during overnight hours, and be available to assist staff in case of scheduling gaps or emergencies
• Assist residential staff weekday mornings as they help individuals prepare for their day and are ready for their day programs, work or other activities
• Teach and implement safety measures including successful fire and emergency procedures
