Content Creator / Social Media Lead | Remote Volunteer for High School Students

Lumi Learning is a free, student-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides online tutoring to K-8 students. Our tutors are high school volunteers, and so is our leadership team. We're growing, and we're adding creative high school students to our marketing team as Content Creator / Social Media Leads.

If you want a remote community service opportunity that counts toward NHS, Key Club, or your school's service requirement, and you'd love to use your creativity to make a real impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Create and publish 1 social media post per week for Lumi Learning
• Attend virtual team meetings with our marketing team
• Collaborate with Lumi's student leaders and Director of Marketing to plan content that shares our mission
• Bring your own ideas for posts, graphics, and campaigns

Time Commitment

About 2 hours per week, fully remote. Work on your own schedule around school, sports, and activities.

Who We're Looking For

• High school students in grades 9 through 12
• Proficient in at least one visual design tool: Canva, Adobe, and/or Affinity
• Passionate about social media, graphic design, and content creation
• Reliable, flexible, and responsive to team messages
• Dedicated to Lumi Learning's mission of free K-8 tutoring

You don't need professional experience. If you've designed posts for a club, a team, a school event, or your own account, that counts.
