Volunteer in the Ecuadorian Andes and help make impactful projects happen

• Support Daily Life at a Cultural Exchange Centre in Ecuador (2 weeks minimum)
• Volunteer Coordinators in Ecuador(12 weeks minimum)
• NGO Fundraising Specialists in Ecuador (12 weeks minimum)
• Marketing Specialists in Ecuador (12 weeks minimum)
• Finance & Admin Specialists in Ecuador (12 weeks minimum)
• Business Development Specialists in Ecuador (12 weeks minimum)
• Building & Maintenance Specialists in Ecuador (12 weeks minimum)
• Permaculture & Gardening Specialists in Ecuador (12 weeks minimum)

In our volunteering programme, you'll help with cooking, cleaning, and some manual labour at our cultural exchange centre. If you are able to stay for 12 weeks, and have special skills in marketing, finance, business development, maintenance, or gardening, we will have you help us expand our reach so we can help more people!

El Terreno is based in a peaceful rural community where people know and support each other. The area is very safe, with a local police station in Atandahua and 24/7 on-site staff ensuring all participants feel secure and supported throughout their stay.

During weekends—or before and after your internship—you can explore Ecuador’s incredible diversity, from the Amazon rainforest to the Galápagos Islands.
