Volunteer Community Growth & Outreach Lead - Join Us!

Culture Lime is looking for a Volunteer Community Growth & Outreach Lead to help expand awareness, visibility, and community engagement throughout NYC creative spaces and beyond.

This role is for someone who loves connecting people, building relationships, and helping meaningful work reach the communities that would benefit from it most.

What you will do

You will help grow awareness of Culture Lime through:

• relationship-building
• grassroots outreach
• creative communities
• artist networks
• local organizations
• cultural spaces
• partnership opportunities
• word-of-mouth engagement

You will help identify opportunities for collaboration, visibility, and community engagement that strengthen Culture Lime’s presence and reach.

You are naturally community-oriented and enjoy bringing people together. You understand culture, relationships, and how genuine connection creates momentum.

Experience in community engagement, outreach, events, creative culture, nonprofit work, or grassroots organizing is helpful but not required.
