Volunteer Outreach & Engagement Coordinator

Forming Lives Foundation (FLF) is seeking passionate, driven volunteers to help increase awareness, engagement, and support for our mission in Santa Cecilia, Colombia.

We are building more than a recreation center for the community—we are building hope, opportunity, and a future through youth programs, a community café, and the Coliseum (recreation and learning center).

Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities

Mission Awareness & Outreach

• Learn FLF’s mission, programs, and impact
• Share FLF’s story with your personal and professional circles
• Invite others to give, or share—using permission-based fundraising (will be taught)

Content Creation

• Help write blogs, articles, or testimonials
• Share volunteer stories, donor spotlights, and mission updates
• Repurpose content for social media, newsletters, and the website

Social Media Support

• Assist with Facebook and Instagram posts
• Share encouragement and mission updates
• Help amplify fundraising campaigns

Relationship Building & Direct Outreach

• Connect FLF with friends, circle of influence, business owners, and community leaders
• Distribute digital or printed materials
• Add personal notes or follow-ups to outreach efforts

Fundraising Campaign Support

• Support campaigns for the Café, Coliseum, and Youth Programs
• Share campaign links via email, text, or social media
• Help host small gatherings or church presentations (optional)
