Role Overview
We are seeking two highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistants to support the operations of the World Disaster Center (WDC) and the Michael App initiative.
This role is focused on execution support, coordination, documentation, and operational follow-up in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain internal documentation and communications
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
- Track tasks, updates, and operational progress
- Assist with partner and volunteer coordination
- Ensure timely responses and structured information flow
- Support basic reporting and administrative workflows
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow structured instructions
- Comfortable working in remote, fast-paced environments
- Basic digital tool proficiency (email, docs, spreadsheets)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in administration, operations, or coordination roles
- Familiarity with nonprofit or startup environments
- Strong written communication skills
