Help Kids Learn to Ride a Bike

Make a difference that lasts a lifetime, in just a few hours! People never forget how to ride a bicycle. Our free, local, kids' bike classes are rewarding opportunities to cheer on new riders, assist with basic bike adjustments, or properly fit a helmet.

If you don’t ride, don’t worry, no special skills are needed! If you can be upbeat and positive, our students need your help. Enthusiastic volunteers alongside our licensed instructors help keep students moving and motivated as they gain confidence on two wheels, using the balance-first method.

For seasoned cyclists, we need your skills with a tire pump and pedal wrench to get bikes ready to ride. Or share your bike-helmet gratitude by fitting a free helmet on a new rider.

The kids bring their bikes, we bring a pedal wrench, and you bring the energy, optimism, and applause! Tune up your volunteer experience this summer by helping share the gift of biking, movement, and the outdoors.
