Descripción
Expected Activities in the CCFB Warehouse:
Volunteer projects may include, but are not limited to:
- Sorting and packaging fresh produce on our pack line.
- Inspecting, sorting, and labeling food donations.
- Assembling food packages for our Senior Hunger Program, School Food Programs, Groceries2Go Program, and so much more.
- Assisting grocery assembly and loading car trunks for Groceries2Go program on-site.
Please note: Specific tasks on the day you volunteer will depend on our priority needs for that day.
Volunteer Shifts
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 10:30am
11:00am - 1:30pm
Age & Registration Information
Age Requirement: Children aged 5-17 are welcome to volunteer alongside an adult age 21+. See our Youth Policy for more details
Other Important Information
Dress Code: Due to safety concerns, all volunteers must wear closed-toed shoes (no sandals, slides or flip flops). Please dress comfortably and respectfully as the temperature in our warehouse varies based on the season.
