Foster Homes Needed

Kitty Connection is urgently seeking foster homes.

We are seeking people who live close to the Medford area (Medford, Malden, Everett, Revere, Somerville, Cambridge, Arlington, Charlestown, Belmont, Watertown, Newton, etc.), have a spare room, time, and love to share to foster a mother cat and her kittens, orphaned kittens, and/or older kittens that have been adopted but are not big enough to go home. Also seeking people who have a large amount of free time who can socialize young kittens that were born outside.

We provide all medical and supplies (food, litter, etc) for our foster homes.

You provide: love, play, time, space. You would need to be able to travel to Kitty Connection to pick up supplies on a weekly basis (kittens and moms go through a great deal of food and litter), to travel to the vet (if there is a medical concern), and to be involved in the adoption process of your foster pet.

If you are seeking to adopt a kitten or two and would like to do a one-time foster in order to know your kitten from birth on, we are comfortable with this process and have done it many times. Know that Mom could stay with you for a couple to a few weeks after the kittens have been adopted unless she is also adopted, while her hormonal levels drop.
