Priority Volunteer Opportunities

As Three Seeds Organization continues to grow, we are seeking passionate individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. Our greatest need is for volunteers who can help expand our reach, strengthen our programs, and support our mission of empowering individuals and families through mental health services, advocacy, education, and essential resources.

Community Outreach Volunteers

Help us build relationships throughout the community by representing Three Seeds at events, resource fairs, workshops, and outreach activities. Volunteers serve as ambassadors of our mission, helping connect individuals and families to valuable programs and services.

Social Media & Marketing Volunteers

Support our efforts to raise awareness and engage the community through digital storytelling, content creation, photography, videography, and social media management. Volunteers in this role help amplify our impact and inspire others to get involved.

Grant Research Volunteers

Assist our leadership team in identifying grant opportunities, funding sources, and sponsorship prospects that support the sustainability and growth of our programs. This role is ideal for individuals with strong research and writing skills.

Program Volunteers

Support the implementation of workshops, support groups, mentoring initiatives, and community events. Program volunteers help create welcoming, engaging, and impactful experiences for participants while ensuring programs run smoothly.

Fundraising & Development Volunteers

Help secure resources that allow Three Seeds Organization to expand its reach and deepen its impact. Volunteers may assist with donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, sponsorship outreach, special events, and community partnerships.

These volunteer opportunities provide the greatest return on investment for the organization by directly supporting growth, visibility, funding, and community impact. Through these roles, volunteers become an integral part of helping Three Seeds Organization create pathways to healing, opportunity, and lasting change.

Community Ambassador Program

We are also launching a Community Ambassador Program for individuals who are passionate about representing Three Seeds throughout East Palo Alto, Oakland, Sacramento, and surrounding communities. Community Ambassadors serve as trusted advocates, helping spread awareness about our mission, programs, volunteer opportunities, and community events.

This program often serves as a pathway to deeper involvement within the organization, including leadership opportunities, committee participation, board service, mentorship roles, and donor engagement. Community Ambassadors play a critical role in helping us cultivate stronger communities and expand our collective impact.
