Treasure Our Daughters Academy (TODAY) is seeking a creative and dependable Volunteer Graphic Designer to develop professional, engaging visual materials that reflect our mission, programs, and brand.
From promotional flyers to presentations and event materials, you'll help ensure TODAY has a polished, creative, and consistent visual presence.
What You’ll Do
- Design flyers, brochures, QR codes, and promotional materials.
- Create event programs, certificates, signage, and other program materials.
- Design and format branded PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for meetings, programs, workshops, and special events.
- Create social media graphics and other digital promotional assets.
- Update and refresh existing marketing materials as needed.
- Maintain consistency with TODAY's colors, branding, and visual identity.
- Prepare materials for both digital use and professional printing.
- Collaborate with leadership and other volunteers on design projects.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is
Creative, detail-oriented, organized, responsive to feedback, and able to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
You should have a strong eye for layout, typography, color, branding, and visual consistency and be able to turn ideas and information into attractive, easy-to-understand designs.
Experience with Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar design and presentation tools is preferred.
Modality
Remote — This volunteer opportunity can be completed from anywhere.
Commitment
Approximately 4–8 hours per month | August–April
Work is project-based and generally flexible, with agreed-upon deadlines based on upcoming programs, events, and organizational needs.
