First Web Foundation is seeking dynamic young volunteers to serve as Country Team Leaders across Southern and Eastern Africa.
As a registered nonprofit organisation, the First Web Foundation provides free and heavily subsidised digital services to small community-based nonprofits, social enterprises, and individual social influencers who are making a real difference in their communities. We offer website development, social media strategy, online fundraising support, and digital training to organisations that cannot afford these essential services.
Position: Volunteer Country Team Leader.
Time Commitment: 5 hours per week (equivalent to just one hour per workday, approximately, with flexible scheduling). Note that it’s possible to schedule all five hours over weekends, if necessary.
Location: 100% virtual/remote work.
Duration: Minimum 12-month commitment preferred.

In this phase 1 call, we're seeking one dedicated volunteer per country who can commit to expanding the First Web Foundation's impact in their region while developing their professional capabilities through meaningful service.
