Since 2009, we have helped prepare students for secondary school through intensive English language instruction, scholarships, and teacher development.
As we prepare for our next phase of growth, we're looking for passionate leaders who want to help shape the future of our organization.

- Nonprofit leadership or governance
- Fundraising and donor development
- Finance or accounting
- Law
- Marketing, communications, or public relations
- Technology or AI

- East Africa or Tanzania
What You'll Do
As a TTF Board Member, you will:
- Help shape the organization's strategic direction.

- Serve as an ambassador for TTF and its mission.
- Participate actively in 10–12 Board meetings annually and at least one committee.

We're looking for people who don't simply want to fill a Board seat. We want people who want to build.
