What You’ll Be Doing

As a store volunteer, you’ll support day-to-day operations and help create an inviting shopping experience by:

• Assisting with routine product rotations, rolling carts, placing new items on the floor, and pulling older inventory.
• Helping collect, sort, and categorize donations.
• Greeting and assisting customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Using your knowledge in categories like home goods, clothing, shoes, accessories, or books to help with pricing.
• Keeping store shelves and racks clean, organized, and visually appealing.
