Merit America is a nonprofit expanding economic mobility for adults navigating career transitions. Through skills training, coaching, and community support, we help learners build confidence and access family-sustaining careers.
Our volunteers help make that possible, and getting started is simple. Fill out our volunteer interest form to let us know what interests you, and we'll follow up with next steps and an invitation to join our volunteer mailing list.
If you'd like to learn more first, you can book an optional 1:1 to talk with our team and find the right fit for your time and interests. When you're ready, jump into one of our main initiatives: professional development webinars throughout the year, or Career Week, which we host three times a year with sessions on interview strategy, networking, and career growth.
