Lead Hospitality Volunteer

Do you have the gift of Hospitality? Are you interested in managing and organizing events? This opportunity is a great option if you are confident in leading and coordinating specific details for events. As the Hospitality Lead, one would prepare Hospitality volunteers for Love INC events as well as in the community. The Hospitality Lead is responsible for the logistics of events, key meetings, and celebrations.

Responsibilities:

 Plan events using input from Love INC staff

 Break down events into manageable tasks and track progress (using Planner)

 Communicate with and mobilize other Hospitality volunteers in a timely manner to meet the needs of the Ministry

 Responsible for all logistics involved with Events (set up/tear down, tables, chairs, decorations, food, gifts, etc.)
