Transportation Support Volunteer – Position Description (Women Only)
The Transportation Support Volunteer plays an important role in helping residents safely access essential appointments, community activities, and program events. This volunteer provides reliable, compassionate transportation support while representing Lydia’s House of Hope with kindness, professionalism, and respect.

Flexible—based on volunteer availability and program. Volunteers may choose one-time, weekly, or on-call opportunities.
Impact:
Transportation Support Volunteers help remove barriers for residents, making it possible for them to attend medical appointments, court obligations, job interviews, classes, and family activities. Their service supports healing, independence, and hope.
Complete the Volunteer Forms: Required forms are a Volunteer Application, Background Check, and Policies/Waiver Form.
Submit Required Documents: Provide a valid driver’s license. (Will be driving an LHOH Vehicle)
Schedule Your Availability: Let staff know your preferred days and times for providing rides.
