    Descripción

Are you passionate about mental health, community wellbeing, and culturally responsive care? Looking to build real-world experience that can kickstart your journey into community operations, service delivery, or nonprofit management?

Mind Axis C.I.C. invites you to be part of our mission to make mental wellbeing more accessible and relevant for all—especially young people from ethnic minority backgrounds.

    About Us

Mind Axis C.I.C. is a social enterprise committed to improving mental wellbeing in communities. Our flagship programme, Third Place (formerly known as The Teashop+), is a culturally tailored initiative co-designed by and for young people from ethnic minority backgrounds.

Our approach is built on three pillars:

    • Building Global Communities: We create safe spaces in global communities that exist between formal and informal healthcare services, while creating bridges between those services by building capacity with training, advising, and sharing of information.
    • Service Delivery: We aim to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression using low-intensity psychological interventions and other evidence-based approaches (e.g., mindfulness), combining both digital and traditional methods.
    • Collaborative Research: We tailor programmes to better meet the needs of historically marginalised and underserved groups through co-design and creative research methods.

    Why Join Us?

This is not your average volunteer role. It's an opportunity to work at the intersection of community wellbeing, logistics, and programme delivery—perfect for those curious about how people, processes, and projects come together to drive impact.
