Nonprofit Legal Advisor (Part-Time / As-Needed)

A Healthier You, Inc. is seeking a legal professional with experience in nonprofit organizations to support our continued growth and operations.

About the Role:

This position will provide legal guidance on an as-needed basis to support contracts, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and draft contracts and agreements
• Provide guidance on nonprofit compliance and governance
• Support partnership agreements and risk management
• Advise on best practices for nonprofit operations

Qualifications:

• Experience working with nonprofit organizations
• Knowledge of nonprofit governance and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Licensed attorney (preferred)

Details:

• Part-time / as-needed basis
• DMV area preferred (not required)
• Compensation: Pro Bono
