Veterans Supporting Veterans -Hospice Volunteering in Bangor and surrounding communities

Are you a veteran or do you come from a military background and want to give back to other veterans? Gentiva is looking for active and ex-military people of all stripes to give time and support to veterans who are in need of companionship as they near the end of life. Our veteran volunteers provide unique veteran-to-veteran support, assist with pinning ceremonies, sing and play music, read, share stories, or simply just sit and provide companionship to a fellow veteran in need.
