Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow (EOT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of Black, Brown, and immigrant youth entrepreneurs through education, mentorship, and experiential learning. Through programs such as EOT Labs, we equip young leaders with the skills, confidence, and support needed to transform ideas into action.

Role Overview

The Fundraising Campaign Operations Lead (Volunteer) oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising campaigns that support Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow's programs, strategic initiatives, and long-term sustainability. Working closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, PMO, and Executive Leadership, this role transforms fundraising strategies into organized, measurable campaigns by managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, tracking performance, and optimizing fundraising operations.

This is a volunteer, leadership-focused opportunity designed for individuals interested in nonprofit development, fundraising strategy, campaign operations, project management, or donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns from strategy through post-campaign evaluation.
• Develop campaign timelines, project plans, and operational workflows to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, PMO, and leadership teams to align fundraising initiatives and campaign messaging.
• Monitor fundraising performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Track donor engagement, campaign progress, and fundraising outcomes while preparing reports and recommendations for leadership.
• Support donor stewardship initiatives by coordinating communications, acknowledgements, and engagement activities.
• Assist with researching funding opportunities, corporate sponsorships, grants, and donor prospects.
• Maintain fundraising documentation, campaign records, and operational processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen campaign execution and fundraising operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, campaign management, project coordination, marketing, communications, or event planning.
• Familiarity with CRM, donor management, fundraising platforms, or project management tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional or remote teams is preferred.
• Previous nonprofit, startup, educational, or community organization experience is considered an asset.
