Our flexible mentorship programs can fit into your schedule:
High School Mentorship (1 year): Weekly contact, monthly coaching with Spark, in-person meetings encouraged
Year Up Mentorship (5 months): Weekly contact, monthly coaching with Spark, in-person meetings optional
Requirements:
21+ years old
Associate degree or higher
DMV metropolitan resident
You don't need to have a perfect roadmap. You just need to be present, listen deeply, and share the wisdom from your own journey.
