The International Youth Federation is an international non-profit youth organizations network governed by the present Statutes and the Swiss Civil Code. It is neutral politically and non-denominational, aiming to empower youth worldwide.
The IYF Department of Public Information (DPI) is responsible for developing and implementing the IYF Global Communications Strategy, strengthening support for the IYF by promoting key messages and strategies on priority youth issues, implementing global campaigns and coordinating communications and public information activities between headquarters, regional administrations and member counties.
The IYF Media & Advocacy Unit (MAU) works to attract positive attention for the IYF, strengthening recognition of our work and raising the profile of the organization. Strong media outreach, public events, and other multimedia advocacy tools are an important element of that work.
Under the guidance of the IYF Chief, Media & Advocacy, the Brand Analyst will be responsible for driving the growth of the IYF corporate brands and ensuring all aspects of its marketing are matching the IYF’s strategic goals.
She/he will also be responsible for analyzing global marketing campaigns to understand market share and how they compare to competitors within the marketplace, serve as the point-person for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives and activities for improving the IYF corporate brands. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs, and sponsorships.

Advanced English skills are required.
Experience
Experience in graphic design for visual identity and website development, proven through the provision of a comprehensive portfolio, branding and building visual concepts and storytelling, and working with creative content-driven projects is required.
Experience within an NGO, INGO, charity, government, international development, youth empowerment or similar organization is highly advantageous.
