EPIC- Empath Partners in Care- Volunteers needed in Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties

EPIC (Empath Partners in Care) is a member of Empath Health, the country’s largest not-for-profit health system delivering non-acute care and services through its skilled, medical and holistic programs to individuals with chronic, advanced and terminal illnesses or experiencing grief throughout North Central, West Central and Southwest Florida.

EPIC works tirelessly to improve the lives of individuals, families and communities, regardless of HIV or STI status, gender or sexual identity, by addressing the social determinants of health. We provide comprehensive, wrap-around services for people living with HIV throughout Tampa Bay.

We are privileged to have volunteers support our mission. As an EPIC volunteer, you can help make life healthier and brighter for our many clients, including children, families and others who are impacted by HIV/AIDS and in need of care, compassion and support.

Volunteers can serve in a variety of ways including office/administrative assistance, food pantry restocking, special events, telephone support through the Friendly Caller program, and more.

***Empath Health Does Not Offer Volunteer Hours for Court Ordered Community Service***

Volunteer Orientation is a 3 hour training session for individuals interested in learning more about Empath Health’s volunteer opportunities.
