Mission / About Us:
Blueprint for Womanhood (BFW) is a culturally grounded rites-of-passage program serving Black girls and their families in Metro Phoenix. BFW is the flagship impact program of Life Paradigms, Inc., a women-led nonprofit dedicated to educating and empowering Black youth and their families through leadership development, culture, advocacy, and the arts.
