Animal and horticulture program volunteers - horses, animals, gardens & greenhouse

Love animals? Enjoy gardening? Glade Run Adventures is recruiting new volunteers for our therapeutic equine, animal, and horticulture program! Help out in the gardens and greenhouse, or help feed and turn in/out the horses and other animals. Flexible opportunity that is perfect for individuals, families, or groups! No skill required - we will train!

Glade Run Adventures is home to horses, ponies, donkeys, mini cow, cats, chickens, bunnies and more. This therapeutic program provides camps, therapeutic riding, and equine assisted activities to children, adults and families but focuses on youth with autism and other challenges.

Schedules are flexible - we utilize SignUpGenius so that you can pick the best times for you to volunteer with the animals, assist with camps and riding lessons, water the gardens, and more.

Opportunities are available to children 8 and up with adults, children age 12 alone as junior volunteers, adults, families, and groups. Volunteer one time or come back weekly - we have opportunities to fit every schedule and interest. Thanks for looking!
