Our Volunteer Programme offers a unique and immersive opportunity to actively engage in wildlife conservation on an operational wildlife sanctuary in Kenya. This hands-on experience unlike any other, providing specialised training in raptor conservation - an area of epertise few other conservation organisations offer or specialise in.
As a volunteer, you will participate in meaningful fieldwork, including population surveys and banding studies (subject to permits) of African Fish Eagles on Lake Naivasha, a RAMSAR site reknowed for its rich biodiversity and status as a birdwatching paradise in the Rift Valley. You will also monitor the breeding population of critically endagered Ruppell's Vultures in Hell's Gate National Park, as well as contributing to essential conservation efforts to improve and protect Kilimandege Sanctuary.
