Volunteer to Setup WORK's 13th Annual Gala: Bright Futures - 10/6/26

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and help bring a meaningful community event to life? Join WORK in preparing for the 13th Annual Bright Futures Gala—an evening of connection, celebration, and generosity.

Bright Futures brings together WORK’s community of supporters to celebrate the progress families are making as they build pathways out of poverty through good, dignified work. The event supports families around the world, including in Haiti, Ghana, Taiwan, Thailand, Viet Nam, Guatemala, and Brazil, by helping expand access to resources and opportunities that create lasting change.

The gala will take place on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at Pittsburgh’s Grand Hall at The Priory Hotel. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help prepare the venue the day before the event.

Tuesday, October 6 – Gala Setup

Location: Pittsburgh’s Grand Hall at The Priory Hotel

Address: 614 Pressley Street, Pittsburgh, PA

Schedule: Beginning around 10:00 a.m.

Setup activities may include organizing event materials, preparing guest areas, arranging signage and decorations, assembling event displays, and assisting with other general setup needs.

You do not need to be available for the entire day. We are happy to work with your schedule and find a time block that fits your availability. Individuals and small groups are welcome, and no previous volunteer experience is required.

By volunteering, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for WORK’s supporters while helping make one of our most important events of the year possible.
