Hospice Volunteer

Heart N Home hospice is looking for caring individuals willing to volunteer their time towards individuals on hospice. Hospice volunteers fulfill a crucial role in filling any patient needs that may arise that are not covered under other hospice disciplines. This may include providing companionship/friendship to patients, assisting in light housekeeping, dog walking, reading to patients, seasonal yard work, administrative help in the office and more.
