Position Overview

As a Host, you will play a crucial role in making our online Worship Experiences warm and engaging. You will be the first point of interaction for attendees, ensuring they feel welcomed, encouraged, and connected throughout the Worship Experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves people, enjoys building community, and wants to serve in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

• Engage with attendees in the chat, warmly welcoming them and fostering a sense of community.
• Provide service guidance, such as sharing important links, scriptures, and announcements.
• Monitor interactions to ensure a positive and respectful online environment.
• Offer prayer and encouragement to attendees who request support.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance the online worship experience.

Qualifications

• A strong passion for serving others and building community.
• Excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality.
• Comfortable using online platforms (Zoom, YouTube, Facebook Live, etc.).
• Reliable internet connection and a functional computer.
• Ability to commit to Sunday evening worship experiences consistently.
