Social Media & Marketing Volunteer — Charity Golf Tournament

Help us fill a golf course for a good cause in the next four weeks.

Africa Tech for Tomorrow Foundation (ATFT) is a San Francisco 501(c)(3) teaching digital and AI skills to young people in rural Kenya. We have thirty computers in our lab today. A hundred is the goal.

Our first charity golf tournament, Tee Off for Tech Africa, is on Friday 23 October at Paradise Valley Golf Course in Fairfield. We need golfers, sponsors and supporters to know about it.

What you'll do

• Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook (Canva templates available)
• Spotlight sponsors as they sign on, and push registration deadlines
• List the event on community calendars, golf-club newsletters and local event sites
• Share the ATFT story from Kenya using our photos and approved messaging
• Optional: capture photos and short video on event day

You'll be great at this if you

• Are comfortable with Canva and the main social platforms
• Write short, punchy copy
• Have a feel for what makes people click "register"

What you get: portfolio pieces from a live campaign with measurable results.
