The splashiest most exciting ballet fundraiser on the West Coast! Luminario Ballet will be doing our annual Gala and performance "Le Ballet Jazz Noir"!
Volunteers needed for set-up (Gift Bags, Silent Auction, Donor check-in, Fund-A-Need donations, ushering, and, take-down)

Hello!
Orientation on Saturday Oct 10 is from 2-4 pm we'll go over the Event day flow, and different tasks you'll be doing.
We'll go over how to check donors in, and how to assist donors making a donation either on their phone with our Zeffy non-profit donation link, or with our Luminario Square account which you'll use on your phone.
Volunteers dress casually for 10/10 2-4 pm Orientation, and 10/18 2 PM Event day set-up, then change into something dressy for the Event, which starts at 5:30 PM.
