Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week (PFEW) is a one-of-a-kind summer program that brings the world of business to life for more than 1,800 high school juniors and seniors each year. Through an immersive, hands-on experience, students discover how the American free enterprise system works while building the communication, teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills they will carry into college, careers and life. For 47 years, PFEW has helped more than 56,000 young people discover their potential and gain greater confidence and clarity about their futures.

And you can be part of that experience.

As a PFEW Company Advisor (CA), you will mentor and coach a team of high school students as they work together to run a simulated company. You do not need to be a business expert. You simply bring your professional and life experience, your willingness to mentor young people and your desire to make a difference. Along the way, you may be surprised by how much the experience strengthens your own leadership, communication and coaching skills.

CAs spend one unforgettable week living on campus and working alongside their student teams at Lycoming College or Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA. PFEW provides training, resources and support throughout the entire experience, and our staff is always available to help.

We need approximately 18 to 21 volunteer Company Advisors for each session. Choose the week and campus that work best for you!
