The Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with corporate partners to secure financial support, in-kind donations, and strategic collaborations that advance the organization’s mission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and MOUs
- Identify, cultivate, and steward corporate partnerships and sponsorships
- Secure cash and in-kind donations (goods, services, technology, etc.)
- Serve as primary liaison between corporate partners and internal teams
- Track partnership outcomes and prepare reports for leadership and funders
- Support corporate volunteer engagement opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred/or related experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Nonprofit Management/Business Management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in [field].
- Strong skills in CRM/Donor& Partner Management Systems/Prospect Research & Corporate Intelligence Tools/Proposal & Presentation Software/Communication & Outreach Tools/Project Management & Collaboration Tools/Financial & Reporting Tools/Event & Sponsorship Management Tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience working with nonprofits or CSR programs preferred
- 1-3 years experience in corporate relations, fundraising, or partnerships
