    Available Volunteer Roles

    Community Outreach Representative

    Ideal for individuals who enjoy being active and engaging directly with the public. Volunteers will help increase visibility of GLN programs by distributing flyers, tabling at farmers markets and community events, and posting materials across high-traffic areas in DC.

    Campus Ambassadors

    Perfect for students or recent graduates interested in university engagement and partnership development. Ambassadors will connect with their university’s student organizations, academic departments, professional development offices, and classroom programs to build collaborative relationships with GLN.

    Information & Outreach Researchers

    Designed for detail-oriented individuals interested in nonprofit communications and growth strategy. Responsibilities include gathering contact information for relevant organizations, conducting outreach via email and phone, and helping develop creative, low-cost marketing and word-of-mouth strategies.
