At Choice Hospice we bring compassion and excellence to our patients. As a companion volunteer you visit, share a family story, read a story, play music from YouTube on your phone (hymns are favorites) and just be present.
Our patients love to visit and engage with others who are simply sharing their experiences.
Everyone can share a story and share their time.
What we need to get you started -
*Fill out and complete our Choice Volunteer Application
*Complete our background check/fingerprinting is needed if you’ve not been fingerprinted inthe state of Oklahoma.
*Orientation - walk through of volunteer protocol with our wonderful patients.
Once you volunteer for us you will never regret it.

We are a medical office on the ground floor. There are plenty of parking spaces. We are in office suite 200. Please knock on door to gain entrance.
