- Group Size Range: 1 - 5
- No Donation
2 shifts available:
- Set-up Crew - Help vendors unload and set up tents, 2. Direct cars to parking, 3. Greet arrivals with a smile/point visitors toward activities etc.: Saturday September 19, 2025 - 7 to 9:30 EST
- Tear-down Crew - Help vendors pack up and load out, 2. Point visitors toward vendors and activities, and thank guests as they leave.: Saturday September 19, 2025 - 9:30 to 12:30 EST

Be part of the crew that brings Greenixville 2026 to life! Help vendors set up or pack out, welcome and guide visitors, direct parking, and jump in where needed. Friendly, reliable volunteers who enjoy people and a lively festival atmosphere are perfect.
*Set-up and tear-down tasks may include carrying boxes, folding chairs, signs, small equipment, and vendor supplies. Volunteers should be comfortable lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs independently. Heavier, bulkier, or awkward items, such as folding tables or tent equipment, will be handled with a partner.
