Volunteer Programming & Cultural Experiences Lead

Culture Lime is looking for a Volunteer Programming & Cultural Experiences Lead to help shape creative, meaningful, and community-centered experiences that blend culture, music, wellness, and connection.

This role is for someone who enjoys thinking creatively about experiences, audience engagement, and how to turn gatherings into moments people genuinely remember.

What you will do

You will help:

• brainstorm event and programming ideas
• support experience development
• think strategically about audience engagement
• help improve and scale offerings
• identify opportunities for recurring programming
• contribute ideas around culture, wellness, creativity, and community experiences

You will collaborate with the team to help ensure events feel intentional, inspiring, and emotionally impactful.

Experience in events, programming, hospitality, creative direction, arts and culture, wellness spaces, or community engagement is helpful but not required.
