Critterville Farm Sanctuary Bookkeeper Volunteer

We are seeking a reliable and organized volunteer bookkeeper to help maintain accurate financial records for our animal farm sanctuary.

Responsibilities

• Track income, donations, and expenses
• Organize receipts and financial records
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
• Assist with basic financial reporting and budgeting
• Coordinate with management and/or our accountant as needed

Requirements

• Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic accounting software
• Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality
• Experience with nonprofits is a plus
