Welcome Desk / Reception
Shifts are Weekdays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Weekends 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Join us in this newly created role in a loving environment, at our busiest clinical entrance! Enjoy a remodeled comfortable reception desk and workspace area with plenty of space and resources for you to conduct your tasks.
What you will do:
- Greet visitors as they enter the building
- Assist visitors in way-finding
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department
- Assist staff with general reception and clerical tasks
- Be a friendly face who will receive multiple interactions throughout the shift!
- Help Staff and Residents locate information as needed
- And much more!
2 shifts available:
- 09:00 to 13:00 MST
- 13:00 to 17:00 MST
