This is a high-impact, ground-floor opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to build and execute a strategy from scratch.
- Develop and Lead the Marketing Strategy:
- Create a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan to acquire and retain a user base specifically interested in moving beyond gridlock to implementable, unifying solutions.
- Define key niche target user segments (e.g., solution-oriented professionals, civic innovators, local leaders) and develop tailored messaging.
- Establish clear KPIs and metrics for measuring success.
- Ensure Ideological Balance & Appeal for Solution Seekers:
- Design the marketing and content strategy to be hopeful, welcoming, and encouraging to individuals across the full spectrum of political ideologies who share the goal of national unity and improvement.
- Volunteer Team Management:
- Build, train, and manage a team of volunteer marketers (e.g., social media managers, content creators, outreach specialists).
- Content & Social Media Strategy:
- Direct the creation of engaging, shareable content.
- Oversee and grow EnCiv's presence across key social media platforms.
- Partnerships & Outreach:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships
- Lead grassroots outreach efforts to specific user niches and influencers
- Data Analysis & Iteration:
- Use analytics to track campaign performance, understand user behavior, and continuously iterate and refine the marketing approach based on what drives balanced, quality user acquisition interested in collective action.
