Marketing Director - for Productive National Discourse

This is a high-impact, ground-floor opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to build and execute a strategy from scratch.

• Develop and Lead the Marketing Strategy:
  • Create a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan to acquire and retain a user base specifically interested in moving beyond gridlock to implementable, unifying solutions.
  • Define key niche target user segments (e.g., solution-oriented professionals, civic innovators, local leaders) and develop tailored messaging.
  • Establish clear KPIs and metrics for measuring success.
• Ensure Ideological Balance & Appeal for Solution Seekers:
  • Design the marketing and content strategy to be hopeful, welcoming, and encouraging to individuals across the full spectrum of political ideologies who share the goal of national unity and improvement.
• Volunteer Team Management:
  • Build, train, and manage a team of volunteer marketers (e.g., social media managers, content creators, outreach specialists).
• Content & Social Media Strategy:
  • Direct the creation of engaging, shareable content.
  • Oversee and grow EnCiv's presence across key social media platforms.
• Partnerships & Outreach:
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships
  • Lead grassroots outreach efforts to specific user niches and influencers
• Data Analysis & Iteration:
  • Use analytics to track campaign performance, understand user behavior, and continuously iterate and refine the marketing approach based on what drives balanced, quality user acquisition interested in collective action.

This is a part-time, remote, volunteer leadership role.
