Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist to support content creation and posting across our platforms. In this role, you’ll help bring our mission to life by designing engaging visuals, writing meaningful captions, and sharing real stories from the communities we serve.

• Create monthly content plans & engaging social media content (graphics, carousels, short videos).
• Write compelling captions aligned with our voice and mission
• Schedule and publish posts across platforms.
• Highlight our programs' impact, stories, and key initiatives.
• Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all content.

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Passion for social impact, volunteer work, and creating positive change
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design platforms (Adobe Express, Figma, etc.)
• Familiarity with non-profit or charity work is a plus
