Social Media Trainer

BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organization and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.

Responsibilities:

• Train volunteers on effective and responsible use of social media platforms.
• Develop social media training materials and guidance resources.
• Provide coaching on content creation, engagement, and best practices.
• Support volunteers in understanding BluShues' brand guidelines.
• Stay informed about emerging social media trends and platform updates.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with communications and marketing teams.
• Encourage ethical and professional online engagement.
• Maintain records of training sessions and participant progress.
• Promote continuous learning among social media volunteers.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Communications, Marketing, Media, Education, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Experience managing or training others on social media platforms is preferred.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating digital content is an advantage.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Good organizational skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
