    Join Our Festival Team

    The Tucson Celtic Festival and Scottish Highland Games relies on the hard work and dedication of volunteers to bring this event to life. We're a non-profit, all-volunteer organization, and we need community members to partner with us to make this great event happen in Tucson! See this event from start to finish! From an empty field to a full festival and back again!

    When: Volunteers are needed from Wednesday, October 22, 2025, through Monday, October 27, 2025.

    • Wednesday, October 22: Field marking
    • Thursday, October 23 & Friday, October 24 (day): Set up
    • Friday, October 24 (night): All areas for our Viking Night! Concert
    • Saturday, October 25 & Sunday, October 26: All positions throughout the Festival
    • Monday, October 27: Take down

    Where: Rillito Park Race Track

    4502 N 1st Ave, Tucson, AZ 85718

    Cross Roads of 1st Ave and River Rd

    Why: Your time is valuable to the community! Our Festival takes a full year to plan and organize. In these final days leading up to the event, your help is needed most. This is a chance to contribute to our community and have fun at the same time! The benefits of volunteering for the festival are based on the time you put in to help:

    One 4-hour shift

    • FREE Festival volunteer t-shirt (while supplies last)
    • Breakfast or lunch (depending on your shift)
    • Ticket to the Volunteer Appreciation After Party on Sunday around 6 PM after the Festival closes.

    Two 4-hour shifts

    • All of the above listed benefits for One 4-hour shift
    • One Day Admission for the Festival (can be used Saturday or Sunday)
    • Free 2026 Ad-hoc membership to the Tucson Celtic Festival Association.

    How: Sign-up is free and easy! Online volunteer registration for our 2025 Festival is now open. Please go to:

    You'll be able to sign the Hold Harmless Agreement and select/confirm your shift(s). You'll receive an automatic notification of your schedule.
