Proactive Calls: Calls made to a active patient or family receiving hospice services. This is a check in to see if the patient or family have any needs. This costumer service check in allow us to provide the best care we can to the patient and family.
B TAP Calls: calls made to family members several weeks after a loved one has passed away on hospice to check in and see if they are in need of our bereavement services.
