    Description

    Remote Caller Needed to offer Hospice Proactive and Post Death Service Call

    There are two types of remote calling opportunities that we have a weekly ongoing need for. This can be done from home. Must be good with communication and sending follow up notes via email. We have training to help you get started. Please join our team if this sounds like a good fit for you!

    Proactive Calls: Calls made to a active patient or family receiving hospice services. This is a check in to see if the patient or family have any needs. This costumer service check in allow us to provide the best care we can to the patient and family.

    B TAP Calls: calls made to family members several weeks after a loved one has passed away on hospice to check in and see if they are in need of our bereavement services.
