Reports to: Executive Director / Lead Case Manager
Hours: 4–6 hrs/week
Commitment: 6–12 months
Role Summary
Supports case managers in delivering survivor-centered services, assisting with resource referrals, follow-up calls, safety planning, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with intake follow-ups and survivor check-ins
- Support case managers with resource referrals and appointment coordination
- Maintain updated lists of shelters, legal aid, counseling, and emergency services
- Help prepare survivor resource packets and documentation
- Support data entry for case notes and program outcomes
- Uphold strict confidentiality (mandatory)
Qualifications
- Experience in social services preferred
- Trauma-informed communication
- Ability to maintain boundaries and confidentiality
- Compassionate, patient, and survivor-centered
