    Description

    Reports to: Executive Director / Lead Case Manager

    Hours: 4–6 hrs/week

    Commitment: 6–12 months

    Role Summary

    Supports case managers in delivering survivor-centered services, assisting with resource referrals, follow-up calls, safety planning, and documentation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with intake follow-ups and survivor check-ins
    • Support case managers with resource referrals and appointment coordination
    • Maintain updated lists of shelters, legal aid, counseling, and emergency services
    • Help prepare survivor resource packets and documentation
    • Support data entry for case notes and program outcomes
    • Uphold strict confidentiality (mandatory)

    Qualifications

    • Experience in social services preferred
    • Trauma-informed communication
    • Ability to maintain boundaries and confidentiality
    • Compassionate, patient, and survivor-centered
